Returns Policy

Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for Trendsy return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

Orders Shipped to US Customers: Trendsy will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow Trendsy 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Trendsy will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Our warehouse is located in the United States. Our shipping time is typically 2-5 business days for the United States and 8-16 business days for international countries.

Taxes and duties:

Please note that placing an order with us does not include any customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. You are responsible for handling these charges. If you need clarification on pricing, please contact your country's customs office.

Important: Trendsy Store cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. The time it takes for your package to be released is entirely up to the customs office and we have no control over this.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us and we will try to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations as orders are expedited to warehouses. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we regret that we cannot

As all measurements are taken manually with the garment laid flat, there may be slight errors between the sizing chart and the actual measurements of the garment.

The colors on garments may look slightly different than what you see on your monitor screen. The images are for illustration purposes only.
